My 1st dose of Covid19 Vaccination is done and ✔️!
Before my appointment, I did take time to focus inside myself to prepare for the vaccination by calming my nervous system and asking my body to take what it needs to build resistance and immunity to covid19 from this vaccination, and gently discard anything I don’t need…my body will respond. I trust it. I communicate with it…and you can too.
I’m sharing this information with you in case you would like to prepare your body…it can be done before your appointment, or right now if you’ve already received your vaccination.
Preparing our body helps our nervous system be in a state of optimal function, which means your body’s systems can process the vaccine injection and utilize it for creating antibodies in the most optimal way possible.
I had concerns about the development process of the vaccine being rushed initially, however I balance that with listening to feedback from the scientific community. I also know that I don’t have to fear the mRNA aspect of this vaccine. I am actually hopeful that it will mean less reactivity to vaccinations for me, as my sensitive system hyper responds to dead virus vaccinations for a feeling of being ill for days after. Human genetic code (dna/rna) is ever switching on/off or active/inactive, and changing throughout our lives. It is a normal process of the human experience for our genes to modify during a lifespan, which is the explanation for late-onset disease and why we can actually influence our own health – assuming we are open to that shift in subconscious conditioning and beliefs, since most of us were taught that we have no control over our health in this way. That is something I can help you with, neutralizing subconscious beliefs that often limit us in our health, life, and relationships… discovery sessions are a great way to learn more about this if you are interested or curious.

- Close your eyes and breathe calmly through your nose OR mouth, focusing internally on your breathing
- Continue breathing and Ask your body to release all fear, sadness, grief, or other emotions related to covid19 or pandemic
- Notice how your body responds…acknowledge any sensations or emotions your notice as they are leaving
- Open your eyes…look up/down and all around
- Notice how you feel…repeat this exercise if desired, and go on in and get that vaccination – your body is ready
