Are you curious what details may come up in a Group Healing Activation Session? Are you wondering why I address Trauma in the BODY, as opposed to the mind or energy? Are you interested in what Ancestral trauma might mean, or might mean for you? This blog/vlog post will answer these questions and get you excited to check out the August 27th Group Session online at 730 pm EST that is addressing Healing Trauma in the Body with ME as your facilitator!

I love group sessions for different reasons than I love deep-diving into the more personalized 1:1 session. Group sessions have an electricity about them from our collective energy interactions, plus all the added observation that takes place in a group setting deeply influences the potential outcomes of the session…because science – no, really, science tells us that observing something affects the outcomes and this is true of energywork, which is a form of quantum science.
Trauma [as well as past pain, wounds, conditioning, drama, beliefs, etc) gets stored in our cell memory…not just in our brain, but our whole body. Our brain is our conscious mind, and our body is our subconscious mind where lots of memories/emotional energy are stored. This is why our emotional experiences can affect us physically, creating neural pathways/patterns in our nervous system, hormonal responses to emotional stress, physiology of survival/stress, and even how our genes are expressed, which can affect which and how certain illnesses may manifest.
Trauma comes in many forms…past trauma, present trauma, systemic/collective trauma, and ancestral trauma. There are also varying degrees of trauma, major and micro. Trauma can even happen through the process of being birthed – or giving birth…it is a BEAUTIFUL, yet intense (and sometimes traumatic) experience both to be born and/or to birth. Ancestral trauma is passes along inter-generationally through our genetic code, this is what can determine which genes are expressed and when, which genes are active/inactive. Those who have ancestors/family members who have experienced significant emotional or traumatic events such as war, genocide, famine, slavery, abuse/exploitation, natural catastrophes, or other survival-related/significant experiences (even if you are not aware of it) can be affected by ancestral trauma. Even systemic (aka collective) trauma can be experienced through your own personal or your familial/ancestral experiences related to colonization, racism, marginalization, and/or bias.
Even though trauma is prevalent within the human experience, we do not have to be at its mercy. We cannot heal/repair the parts of us we do not perceive or are not aware of, or simply can’t access (like neural pathways) without the right tools to do so…we do not have to struggle against our past, our pain, our conditioning, or our perceived limitations (and we all have them!), we can access those things with a little support, guidance, and focused action – which is something I invite you to experience in a safe, inclusive space with me online this Thursday at 730 pm EST. Group sessions are only $20 per person and are intentionally designed to be an affordable and accessible to everyone. Don’t let the price fool ya, we do some powerful healing that continues for days/weeks after! I hope you’ll join us…
