You may or may not know that I have a YouTube Channel…well, I do!
I tend to cross-content between YouTube and social media, so you probably haven’t been missing much – if anything!
But you should know that I am creating a YouTube Series about Self-Care…it is different from a lot of what you’ll find out there about self-care, as it is really about creating a simple, practical self-care routine that helps your body’s natural healing mechanisms do what they do…which is heal and balance.
You can expect announcements and the launch of a regular, ongoing series about Self-Sare COMING SOON to Youtube and social media! As I already mentioned, this Self-Care Series is not like other types of self-care…the first thing you will find is a breakdown of what self-care is and isn’t.
The term self-care is often overused and misused, which can generate a LOT of frustration…you don’t always need to do MORE THINGS. Self-care is about identifying and tending to your needs in the moment, or a greater need…such as activating your immune system to function well or balance your musculoskeletal system for reduced pain or faster recovery, and more! This Self-Care Series will teach you how to create a self-care practice that activates your body’s natural, innate healing mechanisms…and how to do so in as little as 5-10 minutes per day.
