Intense emotions may abound during this moon but likely in ways much more gentle than recent moons/months… This wave of lunar energy urges you to be curious about your thoughts and feelings in order to better understand the patterns operating under your radar. The cobwebs shaken loose deep within yourself this moon-time will make room for new possibilities and outcomes which lie ahead. Many will find this moon energy to be healing and comfortable, especially in comparison to previous moons…intense and amplified, even shining a light into your darkest corners; yet, a sense of understanding yourself, seeing things through a new lens of perspective, willingness to embrace new ways of doing and being in your body-mind-life-world, and an overall sense of perseverance that may carry you through any remaining hard times or uncertainty wrapped in a blanket of calm and/or comfort.
Now is the time to grieve what is coming to an end…whether that be a relationship, a limiting belief, an old way of coping, your struggles and stuck points, battles you’ve been facing, an era/phase/cycle, or those familiar, comfortable zones you’ve been hiding yourself away inside. It is time to embrace the endings as they come and, in doing so, feel your pain, grief, sadness, sorrow…surrender to the endings, as they are also a new beginning, and you will find yourself looking for the light at the end of the tunnel where a whole new world awaits you (you’ll still be on Earth and a physical being…but you’ll have access to a new normal, a new outlook, a new approach, a new perspective, and a new way of sustaining/supporting yourself and others.
Honor what was/has been in your heart, mind, body, relationships, and life and how you feel in any given moment – there is beauty, peace, and serenity to be found in loss and letting go. Move fearlessly toward the light to transform yourself, your body, your mind, your life, your world into what you dream of or feel ‘called’ to create. If you feel old feelings, pain, sadness, wounds, anxiety, or other intense emotions rising, know that it is only to be acknowledged and released to free you from what has burdened you before or to create an awareness of the possibilities available to you once you move beyond them. It is not necessary to deep dive into your dark emotional waters, only to swim in it long enough to familiarize yourself with what you do and don’t want more of in your heart, body, mind, relationships (self and others), and your life as you prepare for the new beginnings, choices, and way of life just ahead.
During this full moon time you will feel harmony and synchronization between all bodies – physical, mental, emotional, and soul bodies – while there is heightened connection between all levels/bodies of self, there is heightened intuition…now is the time to trust what you *know*, trust what you *feel*, trust with all of your senses. It is likely you will feel as though you understand yourself, your emotions, your stuck-patterns, and your desires now more than you have in years (or decades!) during this moon cycle…which may raise the alarm bells of uncertainty, mistrust in self, anxiety, or all/nothing thinking (like ‘I am never right’, or some other personal attack on yourself). If these alarming feelings arise, pause as soon as you notice and remember this: you are feeling this way ONLY because you are tapped into a heightened level of intuition and this *feeling* is a sign of just that. The uncertain, alarming, mistrusting feelings are NOT real, it is a natural response to trusting/knowing at a level of body-mind-emotion what you have always known at soul-level…one that will pass with time and practice. Breathe deep and focus on this truth…focus on trust and accepting what is as is…shift away from the uncertain/mistrust feelings as many times as you have to so you can continue to allow the connection and communication to flow. Flow with it toward your dreams, possibilities, potential, and new beginnings…

ACTION you can take to support yourself during this moon cycle and beyond:
1)Stop saying “I’m Fine”…that is an old way of coping and processing emotions that serves an old paradigm of making sure everyone except you is comfortable. Yes, sometimes we have to keep on keeping on in spite of our feelings, but take time to acknowledge them instead of bypassing or repressing them. It can be done and STILL do what has to be done in the moment more often than not, and this is a POWERFUL first step in creating comfort and a more sustainable state of being in your body, heart, and mind.
2)To help process emotions and emotional energy (which can be identified by any sudden, unexplained, or chronic patterns of physical pain, symptoms, discomfort OR any fluctuating, intense, confusing, or sudden emotions or thoughts),1) acknowledge you are feeling something (even if you cannot label it – that is normal when there is emotional/internal stress present!); 2) breathe deep but comfortably and focus on your breathing (conscious, intentional breathing!); 3) tap gently over your heart while breathing UNTIL YOU FEEL BETTER or more calm/relaxed.
3)With all the changes happening and preparations being made to return to a ‘new normal’, now is the time to get clarity about what you do/don’t want, what is/isn’t working for you, what is stuck on repeat in your life (thought, feeling, outcomes, etc), and what is a priority to you in your life. Things have been shaken up in your individual and collective lives and before they settle, it is best to have an idea where you want things to land…it will make it easier for you in the long run.
It is the time to activate and integrate purpose in all aspects of our lives…and you do not have to know how to do this on your own (although you can start by exploring the clarity questions/prompts in Action #3, i.e. what you do/don’t, what is/isn’t, and so forth) – I am happy to help, that is what coaches and healers do! There is all the reason to invest TIME into you, to give yourself some SPACE to feel and be and explore yourself – and your feelings, thoughts, passion, priorities, etc! Once you choose action and create clarity, you may be ready for MORE…that is when a coach or practitioner can come in handy on your personal or spiritual journey, someone to guide you and take the uncertainty and struggle out of your journey.
