The RESET technique has really changed how I feel every day. I spent decades dealing with overwhelm and anxiety every day, being unable to recover from stress and feeling the affects in my body. RESETTING my body’s stress threshold has really changed my comfort level, both in my body and in the world.
It does NOT eliminate stress or the circumstances that sometimes trigger overwhelm or anxiety, but it DOES enable me to help my body recover so I feel better within 1-5 minutes. I want to teach you and show you how to do the same for yourself.
If you JUST.CAN’T self-care right now, I get that. I couldn’t either when I started. The truth is that when we are already overwhelmed, the suggestion of adding something more to do is…well, it adds to our discomfort. Feeling overwhelm of any kind – anxiety, stress, depression – changes your physiology in a way that impairs your ability to take action. If overwhelm or stress is a chronic state or feeling for you, that is a sign that your body’s stress threshold has been lowered. That means your body is less able to process and recover from stress (or sensory input/information).
This simple RESET helped change that for me and hundreds of my clients. It can change it for you, too…but only if you take action.
